Key Responsibilities
Primary functions are crime prevention and suppression, investigation of criminal activity, recovery of property, apprehension of offenders and Enforcement of traffic and other ordinances of the City.
Salary/Compensation
The starting hourly rate of pay is $26.95 per hour for new recruits or $27.62 for CLEET-certified officers. The Bartlesville Police Department offers an education incentive, a sign-on bonus for CLEET-certified Officers ($3,000 at hire, $3,000 at one year), a Lateral Entry Program up to step 5 ($30.48/$63,398.40) for state-certified officers.
