The Town of Rush Springs has positions open for all levels of Police Officers.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary $45,000 for fully certified officer (based on experience)
- Take home car program if you live within 5 miles
- Full insurance coverage through HealthChoice (free for officer) health, dental, vision, and life.
- 1 week vacation after 1 year
- Sick time accrual.
- Retirement through OPERS. Employee pays 3.5% and Town pays 16.5%
