The Piedmont Police Department is currently accepting applications for the position of Police Officer. This is an opportunity to serve in a rapidly growing city located in northeastern Canadian County, within the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area. Officers are expected to be proactive in addressing the evolving needs of a diverse and expanding population.

Salary

$49,590.25 – $62,819.45 annually (based on qualifications and step placement)

Minimum Requirements

  • U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
  • Between the ages of 21–45 (unless a current OPPRS member)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Oklahoma driver’s license
  • No felony or major misdemeanor convictions
  • Good moral character
  • Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must meet physical requirements of the Oklahoma Police Pension & Retirement System
