OCAS Subject Codes

OCAS Code - Oklahoma Cost Accounting System: Codes defined by the State Department of Edu­cation that are used by schools to account for the expenditure of funds. These codes are also used to identify courses taken by students at the high school and technology center.

Capstone Courses

Oklahoma Career and Technology Education defines capstone as the final course within a CTE program of study which has a minimum course equivalency of 360 hours of instruction, including the capstone course. The project-based capstone prepares students for an industry credential and provides relevant technical skill training and mentorship or work experience.

Electronic Transcript Platform

The Oklahoma e-Transcript Initiative allows technology centers, school districts, colleges and universities to electronically exchange academic transcripts and data. Students will be able to include industry credentials, concurrent enrollment and certifications on their transcripts, which can be requested, verified and shared through one online platform.

AP Information

AP Activation Codes

College Board made changes the 2019-20 school year. These changes help teachers create a classroom culture where students are committed and engaged. August 1st, AP Coordinators should receive the access code for your high school to begin the activation process. If you did not receive this access code, please call AP Services for Educators at 877.274.6474.

Course and Exam Description Resources

APC Coordinator Learning Opportunities - Learning and training opportunities are available throughout the year for AP coordinators.

Counselors Workshops - Participants will receive updates on College Board programs, as well as tools, tips, and resources designed to make it easier to clear a path to college and career success for your students.

College Board Scholarship

The College Board's AP Fellows is a competitive grant program that provides AP Summer Institute (APSI) scholarships to teachers at high schools serving minority or low-income students who have been traditionally underrepresented in AP courses. Deadline February
