Description
The Business and Industry Certification Professional Program is designed for BIS and ACD Coordinators, Managers or Directors who are seeking leadership opportunities in the future or who have recently become leaders at their technology centers. The BisCert PRO program will help you in developing your leadership style, in strengthening your communication skills and in nurturing productive partnerships both internally and externally. Participants may be limited to one person per technology center.
