Payne County Health Improvement Plan
The Payne County Community Health Assessment (CHA) was adopted by the Payne County LiveWell Coalition in February 2017.
The Community Health Assessment is built to be a dynamic document, updated with relevant changes and more current information, so it remains a resource not only for Coalition efforts, but any other partner or community needs.

Next Steps
The Payne County LiveWell Coalition, in partnership with the Stillwater LiveWell Coalition, continues to work towards completing the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), which will guide and enhance Coalition and partner efforts for the next 5 years.
